American History 10th Grade Test

This is a test I designed during my student teaching days for a class of 10th grade students in their first semester of American History in the fall of 2000.
It's on Google Drive here (drive, docs, pub).  The format on the drive version is all wrong, for reasons I don't know.  Probably because it is such an old document, and does not read well on modern computers.
